What file formats and artwork requirements do you need to start production?
For the most accurate results, we prefer vector files (AI or EPS) or high-resolution raster files (PSD or PNG at 300 DPI minimum). If you only have a rough sketch or concept, our design team can produce a detailed technical flat sketch from your reference — this service is included free of charge for confirmed orders. For embroidery details specifically, a high-contrast reference image with clear color breakdowns is ideal. We also accept physical product references and 3D renders. Once artwork is finalized, we will provide a full-color tech pack for your approval before sampling begins.
Can you produce plush keychains based on our existing IP or licensed characters?
Yes. We regularly produce plush keychains for clients with licensed IP, original brand mascots, and custom-designed characters. If you hold the license or IP rights to the character, simply provide us with the official artwork files (typically AI, PSD, or high-resolution PNG formats). We will create a technical pattern from your artwork and develop a prototype for your approval. If your design is original and not yet patented or trademarked, we recommend filing for IP protection before placing bulk orders — our team can advise on this if needed.
Are your plush keychains safe for children? What certifications do you hold?
All our plush keychains are manufactured using materials that comply with major global toy safety standards, including CE (EU), ASTM F963 (USA), EN71-1/2/3 (Europe), and OEKO-TEX Standard 100. For products intended for children under 3 years of age, we use exclusively embroidered facial features and safety lock eyes to eliminate choking hazards. Every batch undergoes needle and metal detection before shipment. We can provide third-party test reports from accredited labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) upon request or as a contractual requirement.
